Save2Retire is the public brand for services provided by Per Ardua Financial Solutions, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “the Company”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information, including how we handle phone numbers and SMS/text messaging. By using https://save2retire.com (the “Site”) or providing information to us, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide us. We collect information you give us directly, such as name, email address, phone number, postal address, payment or billing information, messages or content you submit, and consent records (for example, the exact consent text, timestamp, IP address, user agent, and source page).
Information we collect automatically. We collect device and usage information (IP address, browser type, device identifiers), cookie and analytics data, and messaging metadata (send/receive timestamps, delivery receipts).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to provide, maintain, and improve our services; to send SMS messages and communications you request or consent to receive; to respond to inquiries and provide customer support; to analyze usage and trends; and to comply with legal obligations.
3. SMS / Text Messaging
Save2Retire is the public brand for services provided by Per Ardua Financial Solutions, LLC. We send SMS/text messages only with your consent. This section explains how we use phone numbers, how we obtain your consent, and how you can opt out.
How we use phone numbers. We use phone numbers you provide to send appointment reminders, account notifications, event and seminar invitations, and other transactional or marketing messages only if you have expressly opted in to receive them. Transactional messages (such as appointment reminders and account notices) are sent to people who have an existing relationship with us. Marketing messages (such as seminar invitations) are sent only to people who have given explicit marketing consent.
Consent and opt-in. We will not send marketing SMS messages unless you have provided express written consent. The consent you provide on our registration or sign-up form includes the exact consent text shown on the form and is recorded by us at the time of submission. We record the consent timestamp, IP address, user agent, page URL (source_url), and the consent wording shown to you. For marketing SMS we use a double opt-in verification: after you submit the form we send a confirmation message and you must reply YES to confirm marketing consent.
Do not sell or share. We do not sell or share consumer personal information — including phone numbers — to third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. In addition, text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent (for example, the exact consent wording, timestamp, source URL, and double-opt-in confirmation) are excluded from any sharing and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required to deliver messages (for example, to SMS delivery providers) or to comply with law. Any service providers that process this information are contractually prohibited from using it for their own marketing or lead generation.
Opt-out and help. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP you will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further messages from us (except as required to confirm your opt-out). Message frequency & charges. Message frequency varies by service and your preferences. Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent by or on behalf of the Company by your mobile carrier.
Service providers and security. We may use third-party providers (such as Twilio) to send SMS messages. These providers process phone numbers and messaging metadata only to deliver SMS messages and are contractually restricted from using this information for marketing or lead generation. We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, though no online service is 100% secure.
Data retention. We retain SMS consent and message logs for at least two (2) years to comply with legal and audit requirements and to respond to any disputes or regulatory requests.
Consent proof. For registration or audit purposes, we record and can provide the consent text you saw, the timestamp of submission, the IP address and user agent, and any double-opt-in confirmation message and reply.
4. Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell or share consumer personal information (including phone numbers) to third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation. We may disclose personal information to: (a) service providers who perform services on our behalf (hosting, analytics, SMS delivery, payment processing); (b) to comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities; and (c) as part of business transfers (for example, in connection with a merger or sale). Service providers are contractually limited to using data only to provide services to us.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, site functionality, and user experience. You may block cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not function properly.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. If you suspect unauthorized use of your information, contact us immediately at david.mcentire@provisionretirement.com.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. SMS consent and messaging logs are retained for at least two (2) years.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as soon as practicable.
9. California Privacy (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request disclosure of the categories of personal information we collect and the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions. 10. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise those rights, or to object to or restrict certain processing, contact david.mcentire@provisionretirement.com. We will respond according to applicable law.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and may use third-party services (including Twilio for SMS, Google Analytics for analytics, and hosting providers). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing information.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on https://save2retire.com/privacy-policy and update the Effective Date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice.
